The overview

Port Austin Motel needed both a digital identity and working booking infrastructure ahead of its 2026 summer season, including the Cheeseburger Festival period. bluewaterCODE brought website development, booking technology, and launch creative into one engagement.

The challenge

Guests needed to see availability and reserve a stay through the motel’s own website. Behind that simple journey were the real operating rules of a hospitality business: dates, stay requirements, pricing, checkout, and guest information.

What bluewaterCODE did

We developed and configured a direct-booking experience within a WordPress-based hospitality website. Availability, date selection, multi-night stay logic, and variable day-based pricing helped shape a booking journey around the way the motel operates.

The work also covered guest information, rental-agreement workflow, and checkout requirements. Alongside the technology, we produced social media content, reels, graphics, and brand assets to support the summer launch.

The scope

  • WordPress hospitality website
  • Direct-booking and availability experience
  • Stay requirements and pricing rules
  • Guest information and rental-agreement workflow
  • Social media, reels, and graphics
